The city of Cupertino, Calif., has released new images of what the complex will look like. The 2.8 million-square-foot four-story circular structure will resemble a spaceship more than a building with huge walls of glass that let workers look out from both sides of the ring onto park-like landscaping. Dubbed Apple Campus 2 , the headquarters will accommodate up to 13,000 employees and contain a 1,000-seat auditorium, 300,000 square feet of research facilities and underground parking. By moving vehicles underground, 80 percent of the 150-acre property will be landscaped with 6,000 trees under the direction of a Stanford arborist who will help restore some of the indigenous plant life to the property, including apricot orchards . My company has been installing these panels for over 9 years. The veritas range of panels are excellant. If your installing as a one off DIY job your better off getting a company in to do it. Programming the Veritas panels can be difficult. There is quite alot of info in the installation manual to take in as a DIY job. One example is, when you part set the panel zones 5,6 and 7 will only cause an internal alarm and nothing goes off out side. This is a factory setting and if you need to change it you could spend some time figuring it out. These panels have lots of little supprises like this when programming them.
